The guy ripping his shirt off is Tommy Keating.. Waterford's Version of prince.. Multi talented Multi instrumentalist.. He was in a band many years ago called the madrigal.. Many a night i sat in an empty pub watching those guys nail 'thick as a Brick' - 'Comfortably Numb' - 'theme from the Pink Panther' - many & more.. good times.. And the night out used to cost me 10-15 pounds..!! Listening to Tommy playing the Uilleann pipes at an after hours session is something to behold..
