Fish taco's courtesy of Simply Nigella made with some nice fresh hake tonight for din dins. Have never been much of a fish eater but lately tried a few things and l really liked them. Maybe I'm on the turn or something.

The local tesco is always selling loads of two duck breasts in the reduced section for €2.50 so I fill the basket with them when they do for the freezer.

I made a fish and spinach lasagna. Several layers of fish (sole, bass & salmon), thinly sliced potato, spinach and béchamel. A bit of an experiment but it should turn out nice.
