On the last episode now.

I felt that the Underwoods twerking up Capitol Hill in the last shot kinda ruined the realism a bit #spoiler

Finished it earlier today...I think Season 2 was better than Season 1. Lived up to it's name. What did you think? You can say when you are finished!

I think I preferred season one. I know it's a bit of a political 24, but still it felt like there were a couple more "Really?" moments, especially THAT one! Still brilliant though!

I'm surprised how quick it's going... Already president after 2 years. Feels like it's not gonna go past season 3 or 4

I loved Meecham which is possibly making be biased but yes I agree on the spoiler. I actually thought it was a bit quick for him to reach President. Will it turn in to west Wing now?

Not if they have an early enough end date planned

Yes I reckon the next Season will be the last, will be all about the mid-term elections, cleaning up loose end and him holding on to the presidency. There is no way it is going to go on until 2016

I thought it was better than the first season. Lots of juicy standout moments. Rachel's exit - I saw that coming. Claire's abortion interview. Sharp's betrayal of her mentor. Lucas' unravelling. The back and forth with Raymond Tusk, Stamper's sexy shady underling. My favourite was The Meecham Threesome

I think it could go on for another few years. Will be interesting to see who gets the various staff positions under his regime.

Now that I (finally!!) have a proper broadband connection I thought I'd get in on this Netflix business...

...only to find out there's no Netflix in Germany yet!

Hopefully it's only a matter of time!

Haven't seen it yet - but it's interesting they are adding new episodes weekly rather than all in one go. Wonder if that will become the norm for them for their new shows. Great shows create a bigger buzz when their release is staggered.

It's not made by netflix - they're only distributing it over here.

Derek was marketed as Netflix Original in the states but Channel 4 made it.

'From Dusk Till Dawn' is actually pretty good. It's not a patch (so far) on 'House of Cards' or 'Orange' but is an awful lot better than 'Hemlock Grove'. The first episode was a tad repititive for anyone familiar with the film - and I imagine the first few will be like that, at least until they get to the bar. But it was nicely engaging, had a decent cast and a couple of nice subtle effects. This could be great.
