Not sure if that's a serious question or not but I'm gonna assume it is.

Yes, they do have an army and they're already sending 1,200 men and women to the area. But only as advisors and "support troops", allegedly.

It was a serious question, I thought they were not allowed one after WW2 and were restricted from having one?

I don't there's anything they're not allowed to have.

According to Wikipedia they have signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, but that was voluntary. Any restrictions there were imposed on the German army have long been lifted.
