Playing trial version of Daytona USA on Xbox360. Looks bit better than the arcade-version e.g. no clipping.

Nearly finished Resident Evil 6. Huge Resident Evil fan.
It's become too action based though. I miss the eeriness of the first two. Solving puzzles and that. Still entertaining though.

3 was the best. They're bringing back the style of the old games with Resident Evil Revelations when they port it out for the home consoles in a few months. Would you recommend 6?

I'm sick of all the DLC crap. So I downloaded Super Castlevania for the Wii Virtual console. Best Castlevania ever. I'm starting Twilight Princess from the start and trying to actually finish it this time after letting it gather dust for the past three years.

Playing Dungeon Siege III a lot. I got to the Legionary Chapter House for the first time a few days ago and I just left it on quests. I am supposed to recover a cart someone I met outside it has lost. He promises to reward me if I find it. I got killed by brigands afterwards. While inside the Chapter House I killed spiders (took a lot of turns I had to destroy their eggs and them baby spiders came out of them and attacked me. Mama Spider was not pleased either...).

Res' Evil remake on the Game Cube was awesome.

I'm playing these mean machines at the moment. Just picked up an N.E.S. this week, so now I'm playing with power!

My favourite Resi was 4, then 2, 1, Code Veronica

Resi 5 was spoiled by forced co-op and the demo for 6 was an abomination so I have skipped that. Hopefully the fact that it under performed and got such terrible reviews means Capcom will have to introduce a bit of the old style gameplay back into the series.

Will support revelations if its a good port as I hear that it is more like the old games and the little I played on 3DS seemed to suggest that.

I'm enjoying Resident Evil 6 for the game that it is, but it really has lost that sense of survival horror unfortunately. I'm looking forward Dead Island: Riptide which should hopefully recapture that feeling of being moments from being overwhelmed by hordes of zombies with nothing but an oar and a diving knife to defend yourself.

Sadly not many people ever truly experienced the fear of encountering Lisa Trevor. She's still the most terrifying Resident Evil monster I've ever faced, her backstory is what makes her so haunting

I don't know - I think for fear, T90 from resident evil 2 was probably the best. He was just implacable and showed up at the most inconvenient of times, sometimes smashing through walls to ambush you. Many girly screams were had.

Yeah I didn't like Mr X, the dramatic music and the fact that he literally only staggered with a shot from the Magnum had me terrified of him. But Lisa, nothing really works on her. Even if you unlock the Rocket Launcher and shoot her with it, it just swats that bitch into a wall and she's back on her feet.

I mean, you can't say that she wasn't legtimately terrifying. When Wesker goes missing in the Hall and you check the gates beneath the stairs, and all you hear is her wailing and the chains being dragged along the floor, it creeps the absolute fuck out of you.
