My Diet Starts Today Part Deux

I have now lost almost three stone since I started watching what I eat in January, I am delighted with myself.

Now I just worry what will happen when I move on to the next stage of Atkins, I have been in induction since February.

I know, I won't always be a lonely fat bitch. I will just be a lonely bitch.

It's weird but I have found on weeks that I don't exercise as much I lose more, I guess that has something to do with muscle mass so I am just going to do one long run at the weekend and stick with walking to and from work everyday which is about 40 minutes each way.

An 80 minutes walk every day is pretty good! And at this rate you'll be one skinny bitch by summer!

Yeah walking is the biz, did a ten mile walk yesterday and do a work out later in the evening. Fair play penny!

I was thinking of doing a bootcamp or getting myself a personal trainer to work on certain areas more but from what slightly more knowledgeable people tell me if I keep at the diet and exercise everywhere will eventually get smaller. I do really want to try pushing my body more to see what it can do.

Don't push too hard penny, or you may burnout. I did that working out, 3 hour sessions caught up with me. I am doing an hour a day and walking, eating vegetables and fruit. Enjoy the nice things in your life also, or you may lose interest?

I don't mean for longevity just try more physical stuff, I was quite a Tomboy as a child and I don't know why I lost the love of rough and tumble.

Move more and eat less - it never fails. going overboard with the fitness just makes everything firm before you have a chance to lose it. Well done on losing the 3 stone though

Every diet I've ever been successful on I actually ate more. It should be eat more of what's good for you!

My ribs and hip bone sort of stick out now!
