Shopping is shopping - John lewis only close on two days a year - Christmas day and Easter Sunday other than that their hours are restricted on Sundays as they open at 11am

They have a good selection of sausages. I'm pretty sure they have Bratswurst.

I love Lidl. I love their range of cereals, their pretzels, their crackers, their chocolate, their cheese, their sourdough bread, their French and Italian wines, their floor and bathroom cleaners, their lemons and limes, their espresso coffee grinds and their flavoured water range.

I also love their staff, who are very polite and professional.

Also, for some reason I always find my fellow customers in Lidl very polite. That makes the visit enjoyable too.
