In your opinion which is better? I prefer Android myself as you're not limited to downloads from one site.

I use Apple, but I could not possibly say which I prefer, Android or Apple as I never tried Android stuff, unless you consider a blackberry mobile phone an Android device? I have no idea what constitutes an Android device. I know enough to know it's a type, not a brandname. For example Samsung mobiles are Android.

People who say they prefer Android, did you try Apple? If Yes, cool. If no, how on earth could you say you prefer one over the other?

I have neither phone but from helping other's with their issues with their phone problems and apps I much prefer android as its far easier to use and you have more flexibility with it as oppose to being stuck with apple and their apps. I don't like to be restrained to what I can or can't load so Android for me wins hands down as most apps are free whereas apple charges for most.
So for me the next phone I get it will defo be android phone.

I've tried Apple. Don't like it. Android is far more user friendly and customisable. For instance, it's way easier to change simple things like the keyboard or text app on an Android than on an Apple - and usually for free.

The only gripe I have with Android is that some of the phones have really small storage space. You can, of course, add a memory card but they only go so large.

well for me i researched it. both have the same capabilities and speed but i found the samsung galaxy s2/3 won the race as you can download more stuff and has more options so that is why i chose android. bigger screen also - great for watching downloaded videos. a bit bigger but a lot lighter. would not feel it in your pocket.
its all about the logo anyway. means nada.

Didn't like the Android devices I tried out, so I stuck with Apple. I'm not limited in any way because it's jailbroken.
One thing I'm not is an Apple Fanboy though. I am PC to the core (excuse the pun).

Use Apple and haven't used an android. Will probably just stick to what I know. Bit of a stick in the mud like that.
