A peach, followed by porridge with some nuts in it. Then two slices of bread with marmalade and a mug of steaming tea.

Nice.
Been ages since I had toast and marmalade.

I usually have Weetabix and yoghurt for breakfast these days, and the occasional boiled egg. I need to take more fresh fruit as part of my brekkie routine.

Home made sausage and egg mcmuffin.
Warmed bap from Avoca, sausage meat from supervalu, soft fried egg and a slice of Havarti.

It's bloody gorgeous.

Earlier I had the most delicious soft-boiled egg on toast. Totally different taste to medium soft or hard.

I had my last proper full Irish breakfast at work today. Gonna miss this place.
