Former colleague asked me if I knew if there was any recent research on children of lgb parents. Sent her stuff that ended up in the minister's speech at Marriage Equality conference.

Congrats hopefully they overlook the disdain you show for your staff

Someone said :
FUCKING STAFF!!! I should be allowed to shoot them when they annoy me

Someone said :
Fucking staff! I want bloody robots that will not give me problems

Someone said :
That's easily broken ... I work on the theory of breaking them down and if there's time before they leave I build me back up again Wink

Someone said :
Unpaid, that's the way of it, one shift to see if they fit the mould. I don't pay wait staff for their training days either

Not really - it was only a 2-3 minute interview edited down to about maybe 30 seconds I think. I didnt hear it yet.

The ghost of Conor Cruise O'Brien might still be stalking RTE abd has censored your piece Mango.
Either that or the intern was updating the RTE website this morning.
http://www.rte.ie/radio1/morning-ireland//
When you click on one of the segments to listen to it, eg deal done over Ukraine, Derek Mooney pops up, all the other links/segments seem to be wrong as well.

You might never get to hear yourself again Mango.

Not really self promotion as such, more so, a reason for me to be congratulated.

Both choirs I'm a member of today in the International Mayo Choral festival came first in their categories.
I'm a double Choral winner!
I feel like what's-her-name who won those two medals.

WOOOOO!!!!!

In the gala concert, which is like a champions of champions cup (and concert) we both performed again, meaning I had 1,2,3,4,5 "gigs" today.

With the gospel choir I did a solo which basically took everything I had to give, physically, mentally and spiritually. I am completely drained, but ecstatically happy with the day, we really did sing our best.

We didn't win this final of finals, but really we had no expectation to; the finalists included International choirs from Scotland Wales and America. The winning team came from a Kentucky University.

And there we were: two local community choirs who won our categories against SOME of the national and international talent, competing with the best of the best.

Proud of you Greenman, music is more than a religion and even though I can only play percussion,i'm aware that the ultimate musical instrument is the voice, promote and preserve it.
