What Is Your Signature Dessert?

I'm sure most of us would make a dessert once in a while even if it simple. What is yours? Would you make dessert often or is it too much hassle?

That picture is obscene (Edit: thanks Thomas for removing it)

I like doing sponge cakes and try different fillings or flavours and i can resuse them for cup cakes for parties.

I try to make Pavlova and it ends up as Eton Mess, best invention ever.

When that happens to me I call it the "Eithne Mess"

Mine would be plum tarte tatin. I would make it 3/4 times a year and if I had the time and inclination would make a tangerine/orange icecream which works very well with it.

I make a lovely apple tart. It's my granny's recipe, she taught me a lot of home cooking. That was before she started using washing powder instead of flour.

Fruit pavlova would probably be mine.

I think the nicest desert I've made was mint choc ice cream made with fresh mint from the garden.

Em mine is a Vodka, ice and Diet Coke with conversation.

My chemistry teacher always said that alcohol was not the solution but that was *a* solution.

I don't have any talent at making dessert. I make the dinner, you provide the dessert. Or else you are the dessert. Either is good.
