Homophobia Or The Fear Of Anal Sex

# 31 : Monday 24-2-2014 @ 00:14

Anal sex is a common practice amongst heterosexual prisoners.
So common that condoms are now being issued by several states to help cut down on the alarming rise in HIV and other STDs in the prison population.
These hard men that practice this type of sex consider themselves to be straight.

I argued with a bible basher about anal sex, told him that some did some didn't,he was adamant that all did,I wondered if he honed his opinion in the boiler house.

It would not surprise me where he honed his opinion, seems all of his type are carrying some form of sexual baggage and are unable to work their way out of that.

Brings a whole new meaning to the term "banged up inside".

Sounds like he knows a lot about homosexuality.
I wonder where he got all of his knowledge.

If you were in a prison full of only women for 20 years, do you think you would have sex with a woman?

"Homosexuality is a sexual orientation, not an emotional orientation." BS Calorie Vox! I'm into the eight year of my relationship with my boyfriend and I can assure you that it is both sexual and emotional. The emotional side of it is the most important to us. It's called love!!

You make it sound like I said
"A homosexual man can't develop emotional feelings for another homosexual man".

What I'm saying is:
You can't fall emotionally in love with a woman that you aren't sexually attracted to and then develop sexual attraction to her.
But
you can be sexually attracted to a man and then develop emotional feelings for him.

The sexual attraction comes first.

I don't really believe that someone can become sexually attracted to someone just because they grow to really like or love them emotionally.

So, what's the difference between
a. loving someone
and
b. being in love with someone

I think being in love with someone means you love them and are sexually attracted to them.

Loving someone means you care about them deeply, worry about them, want to see them and have them in your life.

Being in love with someone is a deeper feeling where you are infatuated with them, want to spend your life with them, where you feel it in your bones and hate being apart from them. None of that is anything to do with sex.

Of course it can also involve sexual attraction. When I was in love I also wanted the person sexually but there are a hundred different things I wanted aside from that.

If your (only?) experience of being in love involved wanting the person sexually, how can you know that it's possible to be in love with someone you aren't sexually attracted to?

Also, "you feel it in your bones" - sounds like a yearning to be physically intimate with the person.
