Not a ghost of a chance, sounds ghastly. Instead of a spud dinner tonight I had a toasted brown sandwich of lamb, red pepper and whole grain mustard, felt like a full meal.

Next time try the Guinness Wholegrain Mustard mmmmmmm

My favourite (which I rarely indulge in) is just white bread, butter and grilled bacon. Delicious. If I was treating myself I would add a fried egg in to it.

I also love the OBriens sausage sandwich.

My current lunchtime favourites are tomato wrap with ham, coleslaw or egg mayo, tomato, cheddar, red onion & lettuce. Or tomato wrap with chicken, coleslaw, cheddar, stuffing, roasted red peppers, lettuce/rocket.

I've overheard your theory, there's salad in my teeth. Yes sir, if you say so, some of us just like to eat :P

I can't stand crisps with a sandwich, any sandwich! It's a "food group" that shouldn't go together, just seems so wrong to me and I know I'm probably the only one that says this.

One of my guilty pleasures while in Ireland was the breakfast roll, that disgusting yet delicious cholesterol bomb!
