Which and what now - I can't follow your reply.

ISIS are according to liberals a tiny minority of Muslims. Which begs the question how come they control a region the size of the UK.

Not form my country - they are everywhere - controlling educational systems, implications on laws, legal systems, basic rights... look at all the groups... the Ku Klux Klan, pogroms, anti-balaka, tripura, nagaland, army of god, hutaree, lords resistance army, aryan nation, christian identity movement... what about all the christian bombers from america?

Hardly a day goes by when some country isnt bombed by them.

Why is no one worried about this?!

When was there last a Christian fundamentalist bombing in the west?

When did we last execute or jail apostates? Like many Muslim countries do?

Is it just bombing? What about christian organisational rape? Isolation? Denial? Rejection? Hate crime?

Wait... are you from a christian background?

Yes but atheist. Violence surely is the worst form of oppression. Today in Pakistan was a massive funeral of the assassin of a Pakistani governor who had called for reform of the country's blasphemy laws.

So christian by by birth….

What do you think about the imprisonment of pregnant women? The denial and encouragement of hate towards gay people? The lack of rejection in wars? The threat of a eternal torment if you don't follow an invisible being?…

It’s a manta repeated daily to THOUSANDS of children in this country.

Also today I got in the mail a newsletter that had hate crime one it. expecting Gay people not to have equal rights, hate towards muslims and a want to control people's basic bodily processes… I think we need to also look at our own country and its issues. Bombs aren't always literal - but they can be just as deadly.

There's not just religious ideologies, the neo-con ideology contributed to the bombing and murder of several hundred thousand Iraqis. It was all set up to make money for a few dozen white guys. Compared to this, Islamic fundamentalists are amateurs.

America runs on a deep christian theme - yet few object to the mass killings, bombings etc that manifests through that frame.

Sure there was a poll last year and something like 30% of Americans asked said America should bomb the fictional Arab country in Aladdin. There's a cohort of fundamentalists in most cultures, Islam is no different.

And in reference to one of Omen's questions, 23% of world is Muslim which is about 1.3 billion maybe. There's maybe 80,000 fighters in Isis. Even if Isis had 100 million supporters among Muslims, they would still be in a minority.

I quite like this graph as an example:

I can't help but also recognise that for many others (especially out of 'the west') we are terrorists - there might be a lot of worry about ISIS but I think we need to seriously look at ourselves too.
