It's pure gobshitedness.
Eat healthy food, exercise and push your body a few times a week.

Two steps to a fit and healthy body.

You should patent that.

The key is preparation, do a proper shop, bulk make meals and always bring your lunch to work. This means you know what went into what your eating and you're less likely to buy a shitty sandwich from the local Spar. I wouldn't recommend a low fat diet though, try using proper fats like butter and olive oil and then reduce the portions. Swap carbs for vegetables whenever you can. I use aubergine in my lasagna rather than pasta, I make pizza and rice with cauliflower and I use almond flour to make spicy Chinese chicken, it's the same as what I would get from the takeaway on the corner.

You will lose weight gradually and you won't feel like your missing out either.

Do you strip the aubergine and layer it over the lasagne mix Penny, or cut the whole aubergine into slices?..
Going to try this it sounds divine

Slice it and the lightly fry it on both sides and then use it like layers the same way you use lasagna. It's a bit like moussaka probably.

I lost ten stone. I did it in the following ways,

- I had a partner who supported me;
- I walked everywhere I could, so that meant walking from Blackrock, to Belfield(UCD),
- and from UCD to Dundrum, and from Dundrum to the depths of Churchtown.

In the middle of that I also attended a gym and my partner supported me.

Do you think you would have fallen off the wagon had you strayed into an odd-numbered postcode?

Or actually knowing how to lose weight because you did it, you're just talking about staving off a middle aged belly, Tripper actually lost a lot of weight which is a massive achievement.

I think the support is so important, I find my boyfriend is great when I do well but he's a bit of a harpy when I slip up. Plus he eats so much chocolate!
