I lost ten stone. I did it in the following ways,

- I had a partner who supported me;
- I walked everywhere I could, so that meant walking from Blackrock, to Belfield(UCD),
- and from UCD to Dundrum, and from Dundrum to the depths of Churchtown.

In the middle of that I also attended a gym and my partner supported me.

Started Dieting 3 weeks back, under supervision from dietician and lost 7 pounds so far by just eating healthy.

I let myself go a bit with a busy few months (of music), and I'm back to about 15 (which is like my equalibrium) at my worse I was encroaching 18 and at my best I was 13 and a bit.

I noticed when I'm heavier, it comes part and parcel with other health niggles, it's not drastic, but things tend to "play up" more.
That said I'm ready for another 'health kick' which don't get me wrong, isn't a fad as such, it's just I prefer to do things when I have the want and enthusiasm.
