The Cheap Flights Thread.

# 1 : Tuesday 11-11-2014 @ 14:46

I thought it might be good if we had a cheap flights thread where if anyone comes across any deals or sales on seats on any of the carriers or their websites that they could post them here.

Iceland's WOW carrier is opening up flights from Dublin to Reykjavik and seats start at 185 euro return, nearly half that of flying out of London on Icelandair.

I like this thread. Further to Elat's suggestion... Easyjet are doing flights from Belfast to Reykjavik for £30.99 and upwards. Sterling obvs, but still awesome.

Great thread idea I'll be useless as a contributor (har har har) though cause I can't ever find decent flights or the like. Seriously considering going to Iceland now...

Those are great fares but be prepared to tear a hole in your pocket when you actually get to Iceland. It's ferociously expensive (but it's a great place too).

It's not ferociously expensive since the Icelandic kroner collapsed. I found it much the same as Dublin when I was there and I read recently that Dublin is now more expensive than Reykjavik for trips.

I'd avoid Bucharest, I'm there with work alot. Full of undesriable types offering everything from cheap watches to their sisters. Edgy feel to the place, prices on nothing.....everything is for negotiation! Quite dirty too.

Well we are thinking of staying in Bresov, two hours north which seems absolutely beautiful.
