Protein whey shakes and supplements don't cause any problems. Its the steroids that give the unnatural look simply because its a quick solution. Like theres no point being massive on top with a flabby belly. Not to mention all the other shit that goes with it.
Stepping up the protein and exercising and eating healthily is the key. The changes are subtle and take time but its the best way to do it.
